1. Service Agreement

By signing up for Hyena Mobile, a service operated by Phoenix Maxwell Global Ltd, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Fair Usage Policy.

Hyena Mobile provides unlimited UK calls, texts, and data on a prepaid, no-contract basis, subject to reasonable personal use.

2. Pricing

Your first month is charged at £9.99.

From the second month onwards, your monthly fee is £13.50.

All prices include VAT where applicable.

We aim to keep our pricing simple, transparent, and free from hidden costs.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via GoCardless.

You'll receive an email each month with a secure link to complete your payment.

Failed or missed payments may result in temporary service suspension until payment is completed.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your plan at any time. No contracts, no penalties.

To cancel, please contact us in writing (via email or our website contact form).

Service will remain active until the end of your current paid month.

5. Network Coverage

Hyena Mobile operates on the O2 UK network infrastructure, providing nationwide coverage.

Service performance depends on network availability and may vary by location, network maintenance, or signal strength.

6. Fair Usage Policy

Our plans are designed for personal, reasonable use only. To maintain quality and network fairness:

Each SIM includes 3,000 UK minutes, 3,000 UK SMS, and 650GB of UK data per month**.

Usage beyond these limits or deemed excessive may result in temporary suspension, throttling, or termination.

Commercial, bulk, or automated usage is not permitted.

The goal of this policy is to ensure fair access for all customers.

7. Roaming & International Use

Hyena Mobile is a UK-only service

Roaming, international calls, and messages** are barred by default and cannot be used outside the UK.

This prevents unexpected costs and ensures full protection from bill shock when abroad.

If you plan to travel, you can use a separate roaming eSIM or local SIM while keeping your Hyena Mobile number active in the UK.

8. Premium & Chargeable Services

Calls or messages to premium-rate numbers and chargeable shortcodes (e.g. 09, 084, 087) are not supported.

This ensures your plan remains simple and free from hidden or unexpected charges.

9. Eligibility

Service is available to UK residents aged 18 or over.

No credit checks are required.

Hyena Mobile reserves the right to refuse service if misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms is suspected.

10. Service Reliability

Hyena Mobile, operated by Phoenix Maxwell Global Ltd, provides service on a best-endeavour basis. We are not liable for temporary interruptions or outages caused by network faults, maintenance, or external factors outside our control.

Coverage, speed, and availability depend on O2's network performance and your device's compatibility.

11. Changes to Terms

Hyena Mobile reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions or the Fair Usage Policy at any time.

If significant changes are made, customers will be notified with at least 30 days' notice.
